Establishing Business Accounts

Stafford Gage & Tool, INC is established as a wholesale manufacturing company specializing in precision CNC manufacturing. We have a formal process to ensure legitimate businesses relations are established. To inquire for a business account to be set up in our system, as a new customer or a new vendor, we do require detailed information to verify business legitimacy to begin a formal credit application. The formal application process does inquire further general information such as business contact information, representative contact information, and trade references. The formal application process is kept fully confidential as it does inquire more sensitive information such as Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and potentially business banking verification. We require W-9 to be provided for tax purposes. Please advise if you are sales tax exempt. All provided information for account establishment is strictly confidential information. All business relations and accounts are subject to approval. All accounts are COD upon first order and moving forward terms are NET 30 DAY. At this time we do not accept credit card payments at this time. We do accept check payments. Failure to provide legitimate company information, elude paying in a timely manner, or destructive behavior toward company staff may result in business account termination.

Confidentiality Agreement - NDA

Stafford Gage & Tool, INC instills mutual confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. It is of highest standard to ensure all private and proprietary information remains confidential and secure. This includes, but is not limited to, informational details that may be included in communication, products, processes, drawings, prototypes and samples etc. Detail disclosure, copying, distribution or taking action in relation of the contents is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful with punishable consequences.​ Confidential information includes but is not limited to  all business and / or technical information, business plans and strategies (both current and proposed), marketing data (including analysis and projections), customers (including customer accounts, addresses and personal information). employees, data, lists, materials, models, apparatus, sketches, specifications, finances, methods of operation, inventions, product designs and drawings, product development plans (both current and future), records, research, system technology, production, or product know how, trade secrets and any other information identified as confidential or commonly understood to be of confidential proprietary nature. Such information shall be confidential information whether or not it is designated in writing or labeled as confidential, or proprietary and whether or not provided verbally, visually, in writing, electronic or any other form. 

Stafford Gage & Tool, INC shall:

1. Treat and handle all confidential information in strict confidence and not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, release, disclose, or make available (in whole or in part) to any third parties any of the confidential information.

2. Use such confidential information solely in relation to the purpose agreed upon.

3. Comply with all Federal, State, Local data protection laws and regulations in the maintenance, disclosure, and use of all personal information contained in any confidential information.

4. Use the same degree of care to protect the confidential information solely to those of its employees, authorized subcontractors, representatives and / or agents who have a need to know for purposes of performance of the purpose agreed upon.

5. Ensure that employees, professional vendors for outside services, representatives and / or agents who receive or have access to such confidential information agrees or is otherwise subject to same restrictions on non-disclosure, use & care as itself.

6. Cease all use of the confidential information upon expiration of agreement or upon request of disclosing party.

7.  Use appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful destruction, modification, use, disclosure, access, or loss of confidential information. Any security breach shall be informed of immediately and provide a detailed description of the breach. Action is to be taken immediately to investigate, identify, prevent, & mitigate to remedy the situation.
