HAAS VF-2SS & FANUC ROBOT

The HAAS VF2SS high-performance Super-Speed machine center is coupled with a FANUC robot. This  provides lights out manufacturing with beginning our journey to 5 axis capabilities. The high spindle speeds, fast rapids, & quick tool changes necessary for high-volume production & reduced cycle times. This machine features a 12k rpm, inline direct-drive spindle, an ultra-fast side-mount tool changer, & high-speed rapids on all axes.

HAAS VF3SSYT

The HAAS SUPER VF3SSYT is a vertical machining center that features extended travel capabilities, 12,000-rpm, inline direct-drive spindle, an ultra-fast side-mount tool changer, through spindle coolant and high-speed rapids on all axes. While this is one of our older machines - it is still comparable to our newer machines. Boasting similar levels of power, capabilities & large table sizes as our VF4SS machines.

HAAS DM-2

The DM-2 is a powerful, compact, and coupled with a Pierson Workholding RotoVise mounted on a 4th Axis. This heightens the already high-speed machine capability, making this one of our fastest machine on the shop floor with 2100IPM rapids and a 15K rpm spindle. This machine features inline spindle, tool changer, high acceleration rates, fast rapids, & impressive short tool-change times make this an  attractive high-productivity machining center.

MORI SEIKI NV5000 & PALLET

The MORI SEIKI NV5000 features interchangeable twin pallet tables that increase productivity & maximize for efficiency. This machine focuses on advanced control, high-precision positioning, and measures against heat displacement. machine features a 14,000-rpm high torque precision spindle & spindle chiller unit. Each of the twin tables measure approximately 43" x 23" & each can handle a max weight of 2200 lbs.

HAAS VF4SS (QTY 3)

The HAAS VF4SS is Super-Speed vertical machining center that provides high spindle speeds, incredibly fast rapids, and quick tool changes. Each SS machine features a 12,000-rpm, inline direct-drive spindle, an ultra-fast side-mount tool changer, through spindle coolant and high-speed rapids on all axes. We have multiple of these machines available necessary for high-volume production and reduced cycle times for maximum productivity.
