CNC LATHE DEPARTMENT

Our newest lathe features a 5000rpm spindle with a (2.6") through bore.  This machine has an extremely ridged design and thermal compensation that allows us to easily hold tight tolerances.  We often use a bar puller to achieve higher spindle uptime allowing us to spend more time checking parts than loading parts. Used to machine parts from less than .125" to over 10" in diameter

This Multi Axis lathe has an extended length bed along with milling capabilities.  Using milling capabilities in a lathe allow us to condense what would normally be two setups and operations into one setup and operation.  This machine also often uses a bar puller to automate part loading. Used to machine parts from less than .25" to over 10" in diameter

This 2 axis lathe features a 4500rpm spindle with a 2" through bore.  This machine is the predecessor to the LB3000 so it also is an extremely ridged design allowing us to easily hold tight tolerances using automated part loading with a bar feeder or bar puller.  Used to machine parts from less than .125" to over 10" in diameter.
